We did struggle to get the air conditioning to work, and the water pressure in the tub and shower was terrible. We never spoke to staff about these issues, so perhaps they could have been fixed. "Our first time in Japan but the hotel although small as expected but very clean and quiet. The location is just perfect. We did the hop on hop off bus and the stop was 2 min walk from the hotel. Everything is 2-5 min walk to metro, resto and shopping! "

"stayed here with my family of 6, had 3 rooms with all beautiful views all on the same floor next to each other. staff helped us do luggage transfer to our next hotel which helped us out a lot. right outside hotel has shops, senso-ji temple and plenty of dining options. stayed here twice when i visited tokyo and will continue to recommend and stay here myself. love it"

"It is business hotel without doubt but recent years many foreign tourists are using for their accommodation in Tokyo. Free shuttle bus from Shinagawa station, and free breakfast are priceless, I always use this hotel when I need to stay at Tokyo."

"Location was great. It was a big room and had everything you needed including a washing machine. The bidet could of been better and I wish the room cleaning wasn’t something you had to pay for. For longer stays there is Limited Room cleaning for towels and trash."

"Booked several rooms for our family holiday, most of the hotels in other platform and in Tokyo is only limit to 3 persons inside the room, most of it 6 years old is considered an adult already. Good thing hotels.com have consistency in number of occupancy, we were able to book one family which consist of 2 adults and 2 kids (7 and 3 years old). "Older hotel but holding up well. Amazing service team, especially the cleaning staff and the service staff at breakfast. Speaking of, great breakfast. Stunning views of the Sky Tree and Tokyo sprawl (we stayed on 24th floor). Convenient yet quiet location, near metro. Beautiful neighbouring temple. Close amenities and restaurants. Only gripe was super soft and small pillows"
